Why The Jozu Thrive Experience Is A Trip Of A Lifetime

When dreaming of Jamaica, in all likeliness the “ONE LOVE” anthem will ring in your head, possibly even out loud if you feel in the mood. Jamaica is home to Bob Marley, Irie culture, Rastafarianism and rum and it’s true to say that the island’s heart pumps to a dancehall beat.

The jungle paradise, pristine beaches and fifty shades of blue are all a part of its natural appeal. Foodies love the island for its exotic blend of spices known as “Jerk”, simple and ample street food, and some of the best coffee in the world grown right in the Blue Mountains. Jamaica is a welcoming English speaking island and former English colony. The lush tropical island is an exotic gem in the Caribbean ocean there is no better way to enjoy it than with a terrific posse of fun dynamic women just like you at the JOZU THRIVE EXPERIENCE in May 2018.

The History and the WHY

Last year, Jozu For Women partnered with Tmrw Today Culture Festival – a music festival that heavily emphasizes and revolves around environmental activism and soul rejuvenation. We invited a select group of JOZU for WOMEN community members between the age of  21-54 years old, to become part of our JOZU VIP Crew for a remarkable four-day experience that started the moment they walked into Sangster International Airport by the VIP Welcome Committee from Club MoBay.

The Crew enjoyed local Montego Bay restaurants, meeting with JOZU investors and our internal JOZU team at our “Launch Pad”, and had an amazing Mini Cooper cultural drive day compliments of Island Routes.
From sunset yoga, to our corporate social give back outing for N.E.E.T, and horseback riding in the surf at Reggae Horesback, the PROTEJE concert by Red Stripe, and the networking lunches, a good time was certainly had by everyone – from the ladies from the US and Canada to the lovely local female business owners and leaders we spent time with.

Because of the overwhelming success and the positive feedback from the Tmrw.Tday festival, the hoteliers, and our Crew, we’ve decided to build on last year’s program and although we thought not possible, make it even better. On May 1-6, 2018 we are hosting our first annual JOZU THRIVE Experience that celebrates diversity in women, set on the idyllic Seven Mile Beach in Negril, Jamaica.  Our six-day empowering event includes over 20 masterclasses and workshops curated by our CEO and Founder, Stephenie Rodriguez, and Author, Social Media Influencer and television producer, Adryenn AshleyWe’re creating a holistic experience for designed to motive and inspire you, as well as connect you to some of the most powerful businesswomen in the world.

“When it comes to traveling, the location and activities set a tone on how the trip plays out, but for me, it’s not just about the location and activities, it’s about the people – the community.
