If you’re from Miami or NYC, you’ve probably had a night out that started with fine dining and ended in debauchery. If you did, you were likely at Bagatelle. An institution amongst the jet-set, the St. Barts bistro is a relaxed version of chaos.
Chef Sofiane Dridi has mastered the art of culinary creativity, as few ingredients actually grow on St. Barts. He incorporates traditional French cooking methodologies with local produce which translate to nothing short of delicious. Do try the decadent Foie Gras burgers and leave room for dessert.
