Chef Sofiane Dridi has mastered the art of culinary creativity, as few ingredients actually grow on St. Barts. He incorporates traditional French cooking methodologies with local produce which translate to nothing short of delicious. Do try the decadent Foie Gras burgers and leave room for dessert.
